I was trying to be a bit sophisticated as I was having a glass of white wine. so I wanted to make the most of my day by going to the gym, getting some food and having a great time. However, whilst walking around London, I went to Neal Street near Covent Garden and found a wine bar. I would recommend coming here because there is a wine bar, coffee shops and awesome backdrops for photos!

I would upload 3 times a week with high quality content on Instagram. To combat not uploading everyday for example, you can use Instagram stories to provide your audience some form of content whilst creating your photos and/or videos that you will upload to Instagram. This could take up an entire day or maybe two depending on what the content will be so it may take the influencer more time to upload content, thus having a lower frequency. However, uploading multiple times of the day will affect the engagement rate of a content creator because of over saturation.
