Perlu Network score measures the extent of a member’s network on Perlu based on their connections, Packs, and Collab activity.
Our purpose is to save dogs from high kill shelters and place them into foster homes. Prior to adoption our dogs will be vetted and given the chance to adjust to a home environment.
