Hi, my name is Merel Bechtold, 29 years old and I’m a known dutch female metal/rock guitarist. Most of my interests are uncommon for girls. So I’m one of those rare badass girls.
I mostly gained fame with touring the world as a female guitarist which is still very rare (they are on youtube, but not actually touring). I’ve done five world tours so far.
My audience is mostly male, 18-45 years, and located in the North-American continent and Europe.
Apart from music, my interest lays with traveling/exploring nature, hiking, beer, motorcycles, food and most of all adventures.
In the past I worked with Monster Energy Drink (love the extreme sports aspect). Brands I’m currently working with are Jim Dunlop, BareKnuckle and Vandermeij guitars. Collaborations I would be interested in: healthy food/drink/vegan brands (I’m not vegan but I don’t support meat), alternative fashion like Vans and vintage clothing, beer brands, motorcycles and cars (road trips is one of my favourite), travel in the likes of booking.com/airbnb and charity.
I’m all about high quality products. Brands I wouldn’t be interested in: make-up, energy drinks, tech products. I don’t support brands or products with low quality.
