Since I went to Cuba, let me indulge a bit in the great travel memory of Cuba. The rest of June, I went swimming in the fjords of Oslo, eating fresh prawns and enjoying the light days of summer. Covered in spectacular hikes, famous fjords, friends and family, most of all the best cherries from Hardanger, if you ask mum. I think 2020 was the first year for many to truly experience how great Norwegian freedom is and how lucky we are to be living in a country with a great outdoor scene with stunning nature.
Maybe Will Ferrell does hate Norway because we have some of the most spectacular fjords in Norway like Geirangerfjord, Aurlandsfjord, Lysefjord, Hardangerfjord, and 1 190 other fjords. Because Norway is Best in The Electrical-Car Market Will Ferrel hates Norway because electric cars rise to a record 54 % market share in Norway and not in the United States of America? Will Ferrell hates Norway because we are better than the United States of America when choosing Electrical-car to a greener future and more sustainable energy? If not, come to Norway, rent an Electrical-car and have a road trip to Famous Geiranger Fjord with Zero-emission.
* Adjust the pose according to your body, in other words, don’t push the body to achieve the desired endpoint or so-called perfect pose, rather find the natural limit of the pose for your body in each present moment in time. An easy way to count the number of rounds is to keep the hip stretch on the same side of the body, ie. if you step backwards into the equestrian (horse) pose with right foot then step forwards out of the mountain (downward dog) with the left foot to complete half a round on the right side of the body. As for all poses; adjust the pose according to your body, in other words, don’t push the body to achieve the desired endpoint or so-called perfect pose, but rather find the natural limit of the pose for your body in each present moment in time. The first two can be dynamic, moving into and out of the pose on the breath, then, in the last round: hold the pose for 3-5 breaths Preparation for tree pose:
el Agua means house in the water, and that is the perfect description of this little paradise in the middle of the San Bernardo National Park in the ocean off the Caribbean coast of Colombia. I recommend staying for the next 48 hours with complete disconnection from the world because you will need the time to enjoy the beauty of the serene environment. Floating On the Sea, Remember Island Time is NO Time 🙂 Be in the ocean, be in the sun, drink Coco-Loco or lemonade of Coconut and Lime. Snorkel around and enjoy the fishes or float away on your back and enjoy the saltwater and the ocean sounds.
