In no particular order, here are the 5 love stories that I seem to squeal and swoon over the most: Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell | One of my all-time favorite books. This is the nerdy college girl who writes fanfiction love story you need in your life. It’s more like twenty something quarter life crisis meets love letter to books, Scotland and Scottish romance. The characters feel real, the love story was exceptional and the underlying family story was even better.
My husband started doing a Keto diet again in January and this time he seems committed to sticking to it long term. This meant completely overhauling my recipe collection because like 75% of the recipes I was cooking rely heavily on things like pasta, potatoes and rice. This recipe uses all the corner stones of not making Keto feel like you are being deprived. This recipe isn’t labeled as low carb because normal people eat it with rice and naan – but served this stuff is so good that you won’t care you are having cauliflower rice with it.
The two big things which have helped are : 1) Just reading what I love and not worrying about finishing a book that isn’t doing it for me. Right now I’m nearly finished reading Mother Daughter Book Camp by Heather Vogel Frederick, the latest and probably last book in the Mother Daughter Book Club series. Ever After by Stephanie Perkins |Finished 2/11|I loved Anna and the French Kiss and the writing style in this one also make the story c ompulsively readable but the main character’s choices throughout the book drove me batty. The Tea Dragon Society by Katie O’Neill | Finished 2/16 | A short sweet graphic novel about a young girl who learns to care for tea dragons.
