ANZ Frequent Flyer Black Review

While the main drawcard is undoubtedly the generous bonus points on application, a solid organic earn rate and two Qantas lounge passes per year make this a solid option as your primary card. The Frequent Flyer Black is ANZ’s top credit card for earning Qantas points, and one that has been on rotation through my wallet for the best part of a decade. Per the Terms & Conditions, you must not hold or held in the past 12 months an ANZ Frequent Flyer Family credit card (i.e. Frequent Flyer, Gold, Platinum, Black). Offer not available where you currently hold an ANZ Frequent Flyer, ANZ Frequent Flyer Gold, ANZ Frequent Flyer Platinum or ANZ Frequent Flyer Black credit card, or have closed, or qualified for bonus Qantas Points or a credit back on, any of those ANZ Frequent Flyer credit cards within the previous 12 months.

Rough Guide To Using Organic Spend To Fly Business Class

Organic spend is a simple way to accrue Qantas or Krisflyer frequent flyer points. The question is which card should we be directing our organic spend, Organic credit card spend is your monthly spend on a credit card that converts into airline frequent flyer points. The easy way to calculate your organic spend is to take last years credit card transactions and put them into Google sheets or Microsoft Excel. I currently have two cards in my wallet: the CommBank Ultimate Awards Credit Card and the NAB Rewards Signature Card.

Quarterly Credit Cards Update: Autumn

Milton has gone down the traditional route of Qantas Frequent Flyer and signed up for the ANZ Qantas Black card for the generous 120,000 point bonus after $3,000 spend. A net annual fee of $225 (usually $425, but with $200 cashback) is excellent value for the points haul, with the two Qantas lounge passes being a bonus. A $295 annual fee is also excellent value, given this card is one of only a few ways to earn KrisFlyer points on Australian credit card spend. With the booking window for early 2022 travel coming into view, it’s worth taking the time to figure out your own run rate for premium international flights on your next trip.

Why I Love Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer

Singapore Airlines Krisflyer is a great alternative to Qantas Frequent Flyer for Australians who want to fly in the front of the plane. While lots of Australians are focussed on increasing their Qantas Frequent Flyer balance, the ability to redeem them in a meaningful way is not easy. How Easy Is It To Redeem Krisflyer Points Singapore Airlines flies out of Sydney and Melbourne four times a day compared to Qantas’s two flights. Amex provides 1 Krisflyer point per $1 spend vs NAB $2.40 spend per point earned.
