My key workout pieces!

The Strappy Bra is one of my all time favorite Adidas bras and comes in this beautiful burgundy jewel tone! A feature that I look for in a bra ALWAYS is removable padding cups and racer back. They are stretchy, super soft and remind me of a high quality yoga pant but with performance technology. I think it's because its a great layering piece and one you'd wear on a jog and then wrap around your hips once you're all warmed up because it doesn't weigh you down.

My 5-min makeup routine for busy day and nights

We all live busy lives and since life doesn’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon, I want to focus on making things easier to make more time for our priorities. Part of me loves being a girl (hence my eyelash extensions, bi weekly nail appts and how I usually don’t leave the house without a little bit of glowy makeup or brows done), and I’ve always been a big fan of makeup. So to accomplish simplicity mixed with my love for beauty and makeup, I’ve been using Charlotte Tilbury’s new Quick ‘N’ Easy collection. I have been watching and loving all of Charlotte's You Tube videos for YEARS, so I was so ecstatic to see that she created a collection just for busy women who still want to feel beautiful, which I’m all for.

Meal prepping tips

You might have seen on Instagram, but to start 2017 off, I’m partaking in the Barre3 #B3ALLIN challenge which starts TODAY! The challenge is motivating me to get back on that #mealplanninglife so this past week and weekend I took some time to break down the breakfasts, lunch + dinners and snacks  from their yummy selections of recipes. I wanted to share my process with you guys in case you need a little push or haven’t tried meal planning before. If you want to meal plan, you can do the same with any healthy cookbooks you have at home or simply use Google or IG for inspiration.
