Pencilled Flower

I stamped a selection of the sentiments from the stamp set on to white Card and fussy cut I coloured some of the circles and the flower on the stamped images with Seedless Preserves and Twisted Citron Distress Paints using a Distress Detailer Brush. I added white accents using a Sakura White Gelly Roll Pen, fixed the sentiments strips in place with Distress Collage Medium Matte and doodled a black line around the edge of the pages using a Sakura Micron Pen. folks, I'm back to share another Guest Designer project for AALL&Create using the beautiful Pencilled Flower #160 stamp set designed by Tracy Evans along with Stencil #47 Circle of Life designed by Olga Heldwein, Stencil #67 Broken Circles and my favourite favourite Stencil, that I always manage to sneak in, # 39 Lotza Dotz both designed by Autour DeMwa. I applied a thin wash of Hickory Smoke Distress Paint, spritzed with Hickory Smoke Distress Stain, spritzed with water to move it around a little and dried with a heat tool.

It's The Professor Again...

I fixed the banner and hat in place using Tim Holtz/Sizzix Mini Foam Adhesive and added Idea-ology Classic Labels (there are 4 colours of labels in the pack, I used Blue) tinted with Vintage Photo Distress Oxide ink, Numbers and Tiny Text Remnant Rubs I covered The Professor with a scrap of paper and flicked splatters of Tranquil Alcohol Pearl ink over the Art Panel and added extra accents of the Dazzling Orange Foil to the Quote Chip and stamped banner using the Deco Foil Adhesive Pen. folks, I'm back to share another project using the Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous The Professor CMS 373, Distinguished CMS 371 and Inventor 7 CMS 374 stamp sets to decorate a 5" x 7" Tim Holtz Hard-Core Alcohol Ink Art Panel which comes in a pack of 3.Hard-Core Panels are double sided vinyl with an engineered wood rigid core of MDF board, an ideal non-porous surface for mixed media which remains rigid and flat. I stamped the images from The Professor on to a scrap of Distress Mixed Media Heavystock using Black Soot Distress Archival.fussy cut and coloured with Vintage Photo and Faded Jeans Distress Oxide inks using a Distress Detailer Brush.

The Professor's No 1 Fan...

I trimmed Distress Mixed Media Heavystock to measure 5" x 7", coloured with Old Paper Distress Oxide ink using the very familiar smooshing, spritzing and picking up the remaining drops of colour technique. I stamped the fan image several times on to Distress Mixed Media Heavystock, coloured with Frayed Burlap and Faded Jeans Distress Oxide inks using a Distress Detailer Brush and fussy cut the fan and the blade sections. I stamped The Professor himself and his hat on a scrap of Distress Mixed Media Heavystock, with the same inks, fussy cut and coloured the jacket and lenses of the specs with Faded Jeans using the Distress Detailer Brush. I used an old number Movers and Shapers to die cut "1" from a die cut circle coloured with Faded Jeans and Frayed Burlap Distress Oxide inks, sanded to give a distressed look and added Idea-ology Clipping Stickers.and added a Tim Holtz Assemblage Charm threaded with Eclectic Elements Thread.

Don't Be Fooled...Be Foiled

but, hey that's why it's called a challenge, so I confronted my demons and decorated a Wall Panel adding accents of Gina K Designs Dazzling Orange Deco Foil to the Distress Oxide Sprays background and Idea-ology Transparent Wings. I trimmed Kraft Card to measure 5" x 8" and applied White Gesso through the Splotches Mini Layering Stencil from Set 9 using a mini round blending tool I tapped the Versamark ink pad through the Gradient Dot Mini Layering Stencil from Set 39, sprinkled with Ranger Sticky Embossing Powder and heat set. I used a Versamark Embossing Pen to add dots using the Gradient Dot Mini Layering Stencil, sprinked with Ranger Superfine White Embossing Powder, heat set and added splatters of White Gesso. I fixed Crinkle Ribbon across the bottom of the panel, added a Crinkle Ribbon double bow, fixed the butterfly in place, added Idea-ology Ball Chain and an Idea-ology Number Brad coloured with a Picket Fence Distress Crayon.
