This vegan freezer fudge gets me through my chocolate cravings… which have lessened a lot since balancing my hormones (and getting rid of parasites…! ) Five if you add sea salt (which I highly recommend to intensify the chocolate taste) but it just may be the easiest recipe I’ve ever shared. • melt the coconut oil in the microwave • whisk in the nut butter of your choice, the cacao powder, the stevia drops and the sea salt • pour the liquid chocolate heaven in an ice cube tray (I like this pink silicone one. It’s heavenly and with the warmer months coming, this cold treat feels especially satisfying.
Yes, they have their own bacteria and viruses, and parasites can live within parasites. Since February, I’ve been working on my gut health which I believe is why my body started to eliminate these parasites. Because parasites reproduce and lay eggs, and we want to be sure to kill all life cycles of all parasites. It’s like deep cleaning for your insides but it keeps the bugs whole instead of ripping them apart in pieces (which gives me peace of mind that pieces of parasites aren’t getting stuck).
I guess it depends where you live but as the weather gets nicer, people here tend to brunch more, especially after Easter weekend (see my Easter brunch recipe ideas) and with Mothers Day right around the corner. Also, if you have a trusty crust recipe already in mind, that will work fine too, it doesn’t have to be gluten free unless you want it to be. This eggless quiche recipe is inclusive for vegans or anyone who doesn’t eat eggs which is always nice because we want to feel included on the brunching scene too!
I think that says a lot about this scrumptious, vegan Greek Chickpea Salad with Spicy Vinaigrette! This could be a side salad, a party salad, a lunch salad that you meal prep (and add the dressing before eating) or a full meal for dinner! I think it’s the addition of picked onions which add that tangy-ness factor that I LOVE and also, I can’t do the raw onion thing because the taste lingers in my mouth for days. I think it’s also the crushed pita chips because, um yes please, pita chips are life.
