Sustainable fashion is the movement to change the harmful practices of the mainstream fashion industry. If you thought that child labor, long work hours, unsafe machinery and employee abuse were a thing of the 1800’s well, you thought wrong. This means no animal fur, skin, wool, cashmere, silk, leather, bone, feather, horn, shell, shearling, angora, shahtoosh, snakeskin, suede, down, pashmina or mohair will be found on our website. AIn a day and age where so many typical animal-based items of clothing can be made vegan, the abuse of animals is just no longer needed.
As compassionate people, we all want what is best for the environment, we want to empower women and we don’t want to hurt animals. This is why we want to highlight why shopping sustainably, ethically and animal-free can also be a way to stand up for women’s rights. It is common for t-shirts to be made by underpaid, abused women in sweatshops to have text like ‘Girl Power’ or “#Feminist” printed across the chest. Overall, if we as a company support vegan fashion, we of course support an all around vegan lifestyle.

We are still the same team that was behind Slow Fashion Store and the core of our company remains the same.
