Highlights
Kale Smoothie

Kale smoothie, a tasty, satiating and healthy drink, breakfast or snack recipe. It’s ready in less than 5 minutes and only requires 3 ingredients

One Pot Pasta

One pot pasta, a super simple pasta recipe, that only requires one pot. Throw all the ingredients in a skillet and you have a delicious meal in minutes! I love cooking and of course I LOVE eating, but I hate washing dishes, so this recipe is perfect for me, as it only requires one pot, that’s it! To make pasta you usually need one pot to cook the pasta and a skillet to cook the sauce, but not anymore! Apparantely Martha Stewart was the first one to make this recipe, and you’ll find thousands of versions out there, but this one is my favorite one

Baked French Fries

Baked French fries, a healthier and lighter alternative to classic French fries. They’re so delicious, super crispy and made with 3 ingredients

Matcha Latte

Matcha latte is my favorite all-time latte and one of the best drinks I’ve ever tried, especially when I make it at home, as I can use the ingredients I like, in the proportions I want. Matcha is made by grinding the entire tea leaf into a powder, and because you consume the whole leaf, it has approximately 10 times more nutrients and antioxidants than regular green tea, yay! I prefer to use an unsweetened plant-based milk and then add a sweetener of my choice, but you could also use a sweetened milk and omit the maple syrup. Add the boiling water, matcha tea powder, maple syrup and ground cinnamon to a small bowl and stir until well combined.
