The Great Dine Out“, a first-time event created to provide support to local restaurants around Spokane that have been affected by the pandemic. Out is a first-time event, hosted by The Inlander, and was created to support local restaurants impacted by the pandemic. Thanks to the support of 14 local credit unions and banks, 160 restaurants in the Spokane and Couer d'Alene region have signed up to participate in The Great Dine Out. Out is similar to Restaurant Week, in that you can choose from options offered by the restaurants, but then you also have the freedom to choose how you eat your meal – dine in, take out, etc.

As a Realtor, I find it extremely valuable to have the "build up" time to get to know new clients, answering questions along the way, and getting a feel for what is important to them, so that when we write our first offer, I already know what things we need to focus on and how to get an offer accepted that they can be excited about! Places like 5 Mile, for example, are less walkable if you are trying to get to a grocery store or even a cafe, but they're very walkable if you want to walk your dog, take your children out for a safe bike ride or walk, or walk to a park.
