๐Ÿ’—three summers in a row and things i have been enjoying lately - listening to a podcast and picking berries at my parents - long walks with friends - drinking green tea ๐Ÿ’—three thing i want to implement more: - less coffee and more herbs - breathing exercises - turning off my phone more often ๐Ÿ’˜๐Ÿ’˜ i think we, in modern society, sometimes live throughout social media. or like "get caught" by it, all the comparisions and maybe impression. and i can feel my brain getting exhausted from it, or by scrolling without being aware of it. so i am trying to be aware of two things what i am doing on my phone and second; when i am on my phone and it has made such a huge difference!

yogurt compot with berries, granola @chelsies.se and peanut butter. a favorite in summer ๐Ÿ’—๐ŸŒท๐ŸŒธ

passed exams result means i have had my first "real" week. celebrated with taco night, long run in the forrest and eating tons of berries<3

sitting outside eating dinner with my best friend in 30 degreeess ๐ŸŒž i love summer<333๐Ÿ’˜๐Ÿ’•

๐Ÿคscambled banana pancakes: banana two eggs salt + cardamom + cinnamon collagen @pureness mix and fry in coconut oil top with berries, yog, pb ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป

my favorite way to eat yog bowls: mix cottage cheese + thicker yog + @pureness collagen add chia @chelsies.se paleo granola hazelnut butter on top <3

breakfast a few days ago <3: - chia seeds - skyr - vanilla powder - grated carrot - cinnamon + cardamom - sweetner if choice mix and set for 2 hours or overnight. serve with whatever you like๐Ÿ’˜๐Ÿ’˜

studies, marathon training, first swim & friends. i am in love with life ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ

โฃ๏ธโฃ๏ธchia pudding bowl with kiwi blend chia kefir or coconut milk greek yog piiiinch of vanilla stir and set in the fridge overnight / 2-3 hours topped my with kiwi (and yes u can eat the peel<33), pleo granola @chelsies.se and pb ๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿผ

a breakfast i had the other day: mix a banana with two egg add half scoop of some kind of powder (oats, protein, coconut meal etc). i went with @pureness collagen <3 add some salt, cardamom & cinnamon mix, fry and serve i went with raspeberries, skyr, almond butter & @chelsies.se granola ๐Ÿ’˜๐Ÿ’˜
