Other than that, Seville is certainly a charming and pleasant destination for a city trip It’s the perfect location if you’re traveling by car, since it’s easy to park here but the location is still great, beautiful and lively. Oh, and if I’d have to give one food recommendation while you’re in Seville it would without a doubt be El Pinton. The food is ah-mazing, especially price-quality wise (and compared to other places where you’ll pay the same for way less deliciousness).
As we’re slowly sliding into fall, it’s almost hard to remember the summer days when it was almost too hot to even wear clothes. After three months of summer in Southeast Asia, the long heatwave in Belgium and the summer in Spain on top of that – I have to admit I was suffering a bit from “travel planning fatigue” and hence didn’t (want to) put as much time into thinking about where we’d go this time. In conclusion: even though Spain is beautiful (and cheap), we spent too much time exploring cities and should’ve picked some more picturesque places near the coast too.
We stayed closeby this area, and it was a great place for a lot of yummy, hip and cheap food options – just the way I like it! If you’re around, definitely go to Maui for tapas (the hummus & patatas bravas were some of my faves of the whole trip – Spain during the summer months is nothing else but hot hot hot, so keeping things easy and breezy is definitely key. Even though the clothes I brought weren’t too heavy, packing light has never been my forte and considering there were rebajas (aka sales) all around, I also did a fair amount of shopping on this trip – this playsuit included.
– I’m almost off on vacation to España in a few days, even though this Belgian weather’s really got me feeling as if we’re in the south already. However, I’m still looking forward to a bit of relaxation time, a nice (and hopefully) cool sea breeze and discovering more of Spain (finally heading to Sevilla, which has been on my list since forever). This outfit was shot during one of the rare cooler days here lately, and this pair of denim has been a real favorite recently. These pumps are a little folly since I’m currently feeling those 70s vibes –
