I know I don’t post about my creative side often, but I’m thinking it’s never too late to start! I guess fear had a big thing to do with it...a fear of not being taken seriously, a fear of failure, that people will hate my work, etc etc. The list could honestly go on. But lately my fear has shifted.. although, I am still nervous about the vulnerability of it all, now my fear is that I JUST WONT share my work at all. That I’ll just never feel good enough to put my whole self out there. Actually making and creating is such a big part of who I am. I am so much more than just a mom to my kiddo and a partner to my significant other. I have PURPOSE. I am CAPABLE. ⁣ ⁣ So here’s to me sharing some of my work and continuing to do so. My earrings are handmade (minus the tunnels) and those two cute fiber wall hangings behind me.. yup, you guessed it. I made ‘em 😊. And I am so damn proud of them. That I CREATED them. ⁣ ⁣ So please, don’t hide yourself like I did. Show what you’re capable of ✨

Can’t believe I never shared these pics from celebrating Finn turning 7 @ the Kalahri Resort in Wisconsin!⁣ ⁣ [A little over] 7 years ago Tim and I became parents to the wildest, smartest, most independent kiddo. And we somehow managed to survive. So, kudos to us and Finn for surving 7 years of trials, fun, laughter, and love. ⁣ ⁣ I couldn’t imagine my⁣ Life any differently. ⁣ ⁣ Thank you @kalahariresorts for the amazing memories! The way the staff handled safety precautions really made the stay that much better!
