Welcome to the World of FOOD! I explore different dishes that catch my eye! Let me show you the world where “Food Is My Mood” Follow my blog!!
I started by making the pork tenderloin with a garlic and pepper dry rub that I let marinate for a couple of hours. Following that, i seared the pork on all four sides then stuck it in the oven to finish the cooking process. This time, I didn’t make any couscous from scratch, mostly due to time, so, I used a simple box of couscous with some Parmesan Cheese. For this recipe, I posted a youtube tutorial on how I made this recipe.
But, a teacher of mine always said that, “before you take any test, load up on carbohydrates to help you focus. I can make different variations of the same dish, and I won’t get tired of it. I am someone that loves for a ride, if there isn’t a lot of variety I get sick of the same food over and over again. So, I love having these overnight oats with me for when I need to make something the night before, or when it’s convenient to make them.
We don’t eat any beef in my house, so I opted for a classic turkey burger. I started by added some of my favorite seasonings and herbs and put them in a bowl, then I took equal parts of bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese to coat about half of the meat. When assembling the perfect burger, I shaped it into the perfect burger, but I cut it in half afterwards!! (Opens in new window)Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window)
The main problem for me was making the brownie rise and have the texture of a normal brownie. I would cook the brownies at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes. So, I decided to slow bake the recipe at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 40-45 minutes, and the brownies remained really full and not dense! I am currently not releasing the recipe to these brownies and may continue to edit the recipe, but as of now, these are some bomb brownies!!
