Erin from Parenting Healthy is bringing you a post on playing for health, which features helpful playtime activities so that you are spending quality time with children of all ages. 10 Budget-Friendly Home Decor Stores

Today I am sharing with you 10 budget-friendly home decor stores that are my favorite stores to shop. While I love to find pieces for my home for everyday decor, their seasonal selection is the best I’ve found anywhere. I hate spending a lot of money on items that I know won’t be in style long, so I choose to find them at Marshall’s, TJ Maxx, and HomeGoods since these stores are insanely affordable. I hope you enjoyed this post on 10 budget-friendly home decor stores.

How to Deal with Morning Sickness

My second and third pregnancies came with morning sickness all day every day for most of the pregnancy. As I endured the first six weeks of pregnancy for the 4th time I was determined to find the solution on how to deal with morning sickness. Not only does plenty of water help with nausea associated with morning sickness, but also helps prevent other not so fun pregnancy symptoms like constipation, leg cramps, headaches, and Braxton-hicks contractions. If you have the intensity of morning sickness like I did you may even find it helpful to snack on them at night, so you don’t have to get out of the bed at midnight.
