I’m popping in to share this descending ladder workout using only a kettlebell. Choose a kettlebell weight that forces you to get outside of your comfort zone (I used 50# for this workout). Complete a 400m run or 500m row to start, then do 15 kettlebell swings, 15 goblet squats, 15 push-ups, and 15 butterfly sit-ups. When you get to 10 repetitions, you will do another 400m run or 500m row.
