However, the potential change in time zone, the change in routine, and the change in available food options can have a negative impact on your eating habits. Often, people forget to bring recipes with them and don’t cook for themselves because of this; by bringing a list of meals you love to eat, you’ll have no excuse not to make them! It’s important to remember that your body needs sufficient water to function and you will start to feel unwell if you don’t give your body what it needs. A great way of ensuring you don’t miss any meals is by being organised and bringing your own food with you.

At The Entrance Leagues Club on February 22 At Anita’s in Thirroul on February 23 We used to call them “ That was the time when any middle-aged, overweight Elvis fan who could sing a bit and get by with a guitar would dress up in a cheap costume and a bad wig, and do his best because every man my age thought he could sound exactly like Elvis. These days, those performers who are serious don’t send up The King or turn him into a caricature, but treat him with respect, almost reverence, and they call themselves “Elvis Tribute Artists” (ETAs), and they feel a deep responsibility to represent Elvis as accurately as possible. The first of this lot initially came to Australia from the U. S.A. a couple of decades ago and I really wanted him to look and sound like the original but could only give him credit for giving it a shot.
If you combine a J. M. Barrie classic with farce, pantomime and a band of actors who are pretending to be performing in a production staged by an amateur theatre company, you have Peter Pan Goes Wrong, playing at the Sydney Lyric Theatre. Last year, when I saw the first in the series, The Play That Goes Wrong, I left at interval and was assured that this one would be much better. It’s the popular tale that you all know, but there are malfunctions such as props falling apart, bits dropping off the set, bad timing and accidents with the flying wires. Yes, I get that it’s supposed to be produced by a bunch of amateur actors but there’s a way to do it so that it’s actually entertaining.
