With over 35 years of IT and business experience, Steve has held CIO and IT leadership roles with staffing services, business services, and software/technology businesses, from start-ups to multi-billion dollar companies. Previously, Steve was Vice President IT M&A at Salesforce where he led global IT M&A in the diligence and integration of 20 acquisitions over three years. He brings a depth of experience helping growth-oriented companies succeed through maximizing the strategic use of technology for innovation and expansion both domestically and internationally.
Over my 30 years in staffing, I’ve come across multiple versions of a centralized delivery organization and have designed, initiated, and participated in no less than 8 separate initiatives. Early in the launch of our centralized delivery team, the On-Site Manager pulled me aside and quietly asked me if she could contribute to the strategy planning sessions. It reminds of a past story when 18 months into the launch of a major company initiative to centralize service delivery operations, the key stakeholder of the project left the company and his successor had an entirely different vision. Although we are just in the beginning stages of this new launch, I feel confident that by utilizing these priceless learnings, we’ll have a service delivery function that is unmatched in the staffing industry and well-regarded as best-in-class.

Erin brings 30 years in Technical and Professional staffing experience from Advantage Resourcing where she worked in multiple roles including most recently as SVP, Automotive, which had $100M in annual revenues and 10% EBITDA. During her time at MRI, she has run over 1,700 training sessions where she collaborated with desk level associates and identified major skill strengths as well as weaknesses while delivering training programs to help excel their desk development and revenue production. With their knowledge and accomplishments, we have the opportunity to build a best-in-class Talent Operations Center to support our network right now and eventually staffing and recruitment firms outside of our network in the near future.
