I feel like I haven’t updated you in a while, and let me just say, I have a lot to tell you about my personal life. Over the past several months, around December to be exact, I started thinking about my future

This included a road trip from Houston to Scottsdale with a pit stop in El Paso. The first time we noticed it, Hannah and I both looked at each other and were like, “ooooh, now that’s pretty smart, Alvie”. Considering I have never driven further west than San Antonio by myself, the navigation feature was definitely useful once we got to El Paso and were heading off into New Mexico and Arizona. Definitely a good spot to rest when you’ve been driving for ten hours (more like 9.5) and still have another 6 to go.

If you don’t know, it’s a pancake in the shape of Oklahoma with pecans and bacon and sweet cream butter At Mary Eddy’s at 21c Hotel in OKC, you must order The Lizzy Burger with fries, and if you’re me, a glass of rose. Another good burger I had was from Tucker’s Onion Burger. I am going for breakfast again and getting the pancake ‘cause it’s the size of the entire plate and looks like it’s three inches thick.

So if you didn’t know I was in Oklahoma City for the Phillip 66 Big 12 Women’s Basketball Championship. Oklahoma Sports Hall of Fame and Jim Thorpe Museum: If you’re a sports junkie like myself, you’re in for a real treat. If you only do one thing while visiting OKC, you mist visit the Oklahoma City Memorial and Museum. USA Softball Hall of Fame, Cowboy Museum, Oklahoma City Museum of Modern Art and so much more.
