It was originally supposed to be in October last year but due to Mike getting an offer to work in the UK, it was postponed until March this year. Mike had promised Fran that as soon as possible they would come home and have the big white wedding in front of friends and family. Exactly a year later, Mike kept his promise and gave Fran a beautiful wedding. The wedding took place on the farm Lake Heron, Elandskloof Valley just outside the quaint town of Dullstroom, Mpumalanga.

Tracey & Leonard are the cutest couple and it was fun to spend a Saturday afternoon with them at Rooiels. Their fabulous wedding will take place on the 17 November 2018 at Bakenhof in Wellington surrounded by mountains and vineyards. From what I gather, Tracey has quite a few girl cousins as well as a twin sister, so I can imagine a lot of laughter and some serious party moves. I cannot wait to capture this fun couple on their wedding day.

This gorgeous couple was introduced to each other a year ago by a mutual friend and hit it off almost immediately. Needless to say, Cape Town weather threw us a curve ball and rain was threatened. Cape Town is currently experiencing one of the worst droughts in history and we are very desperate for rain. She was definitely wishing for a hot bath but unfortunately that is a luxury in Cape Town that no one can afford.

I have known the groom since he arrived as a boarder in Grade 10 at Rondebosch Boys High School. Nic and my son, Kyle, instantly struck up a friendship and almost 15 years later they are still the best of mates. and I think we all know that when Nic set eyes on Katie, he was a goner. The Test Kitchen”  earlier on and made some strong friendships with other chefs, waiters and restaurant owners.
