I can tell you a long the way, I learned so many things about myself, people and just the industry that I’m in, and I want to share that with you all. So in this blog post, we’re going to be talk about 5 things I’ve learned about myself and just in g through the scope of being an entrepreneur. You gotta keep pushing and see this thing out for you because if you feed into it, you beginning to shift your narrative and your business isn’t going to be your passion anymore, just something you want to prove to others you can do. As an entrepreneur, I got some many stories to tell you about my journey but its one key thing I want you to take away from this blog post.

One year ago to the date that I’m writing this, I was a struggling to finish my last semester of grad school, I was working a dead end job with no relieve in sight and working on a business that I had no clue where the next client was going to come from (still don’t but that’s a whole story meant from another day). Well fast forward, I’m a grad school graduate who landed a full time job in PR/Marketing and one of the most grandest organizations in my home town , making videos on Youtube, being booked for news appearance and speaking engagement and booking brand deals left and right. Look being your on PR or your own person trying to pitch your self showed me what my clients feel to get that email that we landed a news station slot or a brand wants to use their content. I’m showing young girls in my own neighborhood that you too can grow and become an agent of change if you just trust in God’s plan.

She wasn’t able to enjoy the new transition or season because her attitude gotten so bad since she transition. Everyone doesn’t get a new shot into their new season so you have to show some gratitude towards the one who got you in that place. Many times, we are so into the moment of the new season, we forgot how we got there and to thank the ones (God) who got you there! By utilizing these steps, I have become more sure of myself, less doubtful of the season that God placed me in!

I thought surely with all my internship experience I did in undergrad, it was going to be easy landing a job in my field.
