Hi! My name is Leeza. I got diagnosed with celiac in April of 2019. Since then, I have gone through a lot of trial and error with my diet anywhere from going out to eat or reading labels. I created my page to provide meal ideas, gluten free finds while traveling, and to showcase amazing gluten free brands I have found on my journey. My goal is to make others feel not alone and bring some excitement back into their lives. A lot of anxiety can come from diagnosis, and I want to bring community together and empower others. We are better together gluten free. ♡
