That means veggies, spices, and herbs - they all count! Often, the more colors you add = more flavor, more nutrients, more life. “I’ve never been to a yoga class like yours before.” 😍 Maybe it was the dance-worthy beats, breathwork, affirmations — this is officially my new favorite compliment. This past weekend, I was invited to lead a mindfulness-centered yoga class at a self-care retreat in Wilmington, NC. These are the moments that feel like home. I am filled with gratitude to share my practice, and I’m especially proud of the event hosts and each attendee who showed up so fully for themselves. You all inspire me. Rebranding as ✨wifey✨

Over the past few years, I’ve been (mostly) privately transitioning into a new(ish) career path. Officially making me an Integrative Health & Nutrition Coach and Registered Yoga Teacher. AKA my dream job, a hippie and professional foodie. It’s been a few months now that I’ve been working in the coaching space with clients, and I absolutely LOVE it. I get to help others learn to love themselves in new ways while honoring my own authenticity. best day ever ⬇️ picture this: during my DC trip, i opened my maps app to look for things to do. i noticed a boutique whose name sounded super familiar. then i realized, OMG my self-love affirmation cards are sold there! AND the shop was only a block away! of course i had to visit in-person. it’s one thing to pack up an order and ship it off but it’s something extra special to see the product on shelves and hear customer love. THE GOOD NEWS: the store @saltandsundry had the cutest decor and gifts ever. i actually grabbed a few small ceramic bowls to hold spices while i’m cooking (show you a pic later)! THE BAD NEWS: i didn’t get to see my cards in store. THE BEST NEWS: the manager mentioned that she remembered @saysosoulcards and “they didn’t stay on shelves for too long.” in other words, they sold out! ✨ as a small business owner, this little synchronicity was the most perfect boost of encouragement as busy season ramps up for the holidays. it’s A LOT of work. but a job that i’m happy to do. 🫶🏾 thank you for shopping with me!! #ShopLocal #ShopSmall
