Stephanie Tarter

Hi! My name is Stephanie Tarter and I have a passion for inspiring and encouraging women. I have a Bachelor's Degree in psychology; I care deeply about advocating mental health and wellness. I also love the bohemian lifestyle. My passions led me to create Boho and Zen!

Boho & Zen is my Facebook Group and Page. I began the group December 17th, 2021 with the vision of creating a safe space for women off all ages and backgrounds to connect with one another. I knew in order to establish a foundation for the community, I needed to choose a common interest as a sort of jumping off point so to speak. I chose the bohemian lifestyle because I absolutely love boho fashion and decor. That is where the "Boho" part of the name comes into play. Also, I wanted to utilize my knowledge of psychology to uplift and support other women. That is where the "Zen" part of the name originates.

Our community has grown to over 740 members in a little over 3 months. To grow the group, I promote it on Instagram and I also do giveaways to members who invite the most friends to the group. To keep engagement high, I post at peak times and provide my members with fun, informative, and meaningful content. I create much of my content using the graphic design platform, Canva.

A large majority of our members are located in the U.S. and fall into the 55-64 age group. I am more than willing to provide more information about the demographics and engagement rate of the group to interested brands!
