Where to Eat in Atlanta: An Epicurean Adventure with Mitsubishi Outlander

Being back in my bustling city gives me all the feels and, though I don’t miss the traffic, I couldn’t wait to hit the streets of Atlanta and indulge in some of my favorite restaurants and some new foodie finds. There’s no better way to fuel your day than with a Southern homestyle breakfast that tastes like it’s straight out of grandmas’s kitchen. My favorite is the Comfy Chicken Biscuit with home fries; but, you also can’t go wrong with the Breakfast Basic or the Chef’s Omelette. The Blind Spot Warning and Lane Change Assist systems in the Outlander Sport are an absolute game changer for navigating these Atlanta streets!

I Quit My Job & Moved to Mexico

Well, to answer the why, my lease was up on my apartment and it was either sign another year lease, continue to work a 9-5 that was just a job and brought absolutely zero joy to my life, and spend my days wishing I was anywhere else in the world OR take a huge leap of faith and live in my happiness. Here’s the thing, I need to live a life where I feel like what I’m doing has purpose and meaning. That at the end of the day I can say, I’ve impacted somebody’s life with whatever it is I’m doing, and not that I’m just a number, increasing somebody else Continue to follow me on my journey on Instagram and World of A Wanderer as I give you a glimpse into my new life in Mérida, Mexico and all sorts of travel tips, from how you can make the leap to move abroad, finding the best travel deals, solo traveling and everything in between.

Date Night Cooking Class with Big Green Egg

As the weather begins to change, the temps begin to drop, and the days become shorter, it’s so easy to fall into that routine of languid listlessness, where all you want to do is curl up on the sofa, with a comfy blanket, a box of pizza, and have a good Netflix and chill sesh with bae. I’m going to curate an entire list of fun date night ideas in Atlanta to spice up your date nights, so stay tuned. As an ambassador for Culinary Local, I was invited to put on my chef’s hat for a pizza making class at BGE. You should definitely give it a try as well; and, if I haven’t already convinced you that life is best well spent not vegging out on the sofa watching cringe-worthy flicks, here’s a few more reasons why Big Green Egg should be on your date night list.

Red Phone Booth: The Speakeasy that Should be on Your Atlanta Bucketlist

Ask me my favorite era and, without hesitation, I’ll tell you the Roaring 20s; followed by the 70s at a close second – because who doesn’t love ‘fros and discos *breaks out into my infamous, painfully bad, robot dance; as I boogie down my one-woman Sooooul Train line*. The secret code changes, so you’ll have to know somebody that knows somebody in order to get the code; or, I’ve read you can sometimes make pals with the bartenders at the adjoining restaurant, Amalfi Pizza, and possibly get the code from them , but that’s hearsay. Once you have code in hand, step into the phone booth and use the rotary phone to dial the code. Don’t worry, you might have to dial it twice if you’re not used to dialing on a rotary phone (or if you don’t even know what a rotary phone is and how to use it
