Parenting Miles definitely did not prepare me for the whirlwind days James brings my way. I was prepping stuff for blogging when I came across this photo of him during his first trip to Disneyland. Who says you can't use a media center as an entryway table? I had so much fun styling this gifted @nathanjames Mina media center for my mother-in-law to use in her home. It worked so perfectly in the space. I styled it with items she already had in her home and a few extra thrifted pieces. The cabinet doors provide a lot of extra space she can use for storing stuff for her pups, purses, work gear, and more! Sometimes, you capture b-roll. Other times, you capture a sweet moment. For some reason, crocheting is the only hobby I've tested that the boys will not bother me with. They love feeling the yarn, watching my progress, sitting next to me while I work. I think it's as calming for them as it is me, just in different ways. I'll take the peaceful moments when and where I can get it. In the meantime, it looks like I'm getting a sweater out of it.
