If the rest of this year is anything like the past few months, i’ll be so ☺️☺️☺️ Not that this year has been any sort of predictable or easy - in fact January me would be FLOORED by the turn of events 😂 Navigating the bullshit to get to the good shit - i’ve been telling myself that since 2020 and i feel SO grateful to feel grounded in the mentality now 🥲 When things looked twist-turned-upside-down my therapist once talked to me about values based living - and that’s kept me in the good sh*t - focusing not what’s out of my control but FREEDOM • CONNECTION • EXPRESSION When i lost my job, family got sick, or any other bump in the road - i’d just ask myself how i can stay true to those values how can i keep moving forward, not in a survival frantic mode but truly aligned and thriving 🧘‍♀️🙌🌞✨🫶 What values do y’all live by?? i’d luvvv to know!

this was absolutely not on my 2023 bingo card 😂 despite wanting to complete a yoga certification since i was 18 despite obsessively looking up bali airbnbs for years if you’d told me in january this would be my life right now? i’d have been —> 👁️👄👁️ The thing is I knew i’d do it, i believed whole heartedly at some point i’d make it happen for myself And allowing life to surprise and delight me with opportunity and the courage to seize it detaching myself from the how’s and letting the rollercoaster that has been this year to guide the way Currently: soaking it in and appreciating being submersed in a beautiful culture.
