Hey friend, put your phone down, there’s a whole life waiting for you outside 🥰⛅️💫 Being on my phone for work has made it so tough to not get into a habit of doomscrolling but I’m learning to set better boundaries and notice an instant chance in my mental health. I’ve stopped using electronics minus kindle for at least an hour before bed (power down hour) and one of the toughest things I’m still working on is not reaching for my phone as soon as I wake up!
