Somewhere along the line we have been conditioned to care more about other people’s opinions than our own.⠀ ⠀ As I was getting ready this morning, I wanted to wear bicycle shorts and an oversized tee with sneakers. ⠀ ⠀ My first thought was that people would think I’m either too old or my hips are too big for this outfit. ⠀ ⠀ And as I had my little coaching session in my head, I realized I didn’t care.⠀ ⠀ I felt cute, trendy and comfortable in my outfit when I looked in the mirror.⠀ ⠀ I wasn’t put on this planet to make other people feel comfortable with my decisions. And neither were you!⠀ ⠀ We can care so much about what other people think that we don’t even hear our own voice any more.⠀ ⠀ You may not care about what everyone thinks but maybe you’re more concerned with specific people in your life.⠀ ⠀ • What if my friends make fun of me for starting a business I am passionate about?⠀ ⠀ • What if my family is disappointed I am traveling the world instead of going to college?⠀ ⠀ • What if my coworkers don’t like my new house even though I am obsessed with it?⠀ ⠀ Your opinions and feelings about yourself, goals, actions and dreams are 10x more important than what other people think.⠀ ⠀ I don’t care if your mom is your best friend and she “knows what’s best”. ⠀ ⠀ I don’t care if you friends think it’s “too scary” to work for yourself.⠀ ⠀ And I definitely don’t care if your coworkers wouldn’t live in your home.⠀ ⠀ You are meant to follow your higher self’s guidance.⠀ ⠀ As long as it feels good to you and lights you up., GO FOR IT!⠀ ⠀ The funny thing is, is that once you start living your life on your own terms, the right people, friends, coworkers and clients are magnetized to you. ⠀ ⠀ Own it. Earlier today one of my clients asked how to tell the difference between intuition and fear when she was being guided to do something different in her business. Intuition feels expansive and like an aha moment even if you’re nervous to do it. Fear will feel contracting and stagnant with a lame ass excuse tied to it. Your intuition won’t make an argument for its case. It won’t try to convince you of something because it’s an inner “knowing”. Aka your soul knows what it wants and needs without having to justify it. That’s why you always hear people say “It didn’t make any sense but I followed my intuition.” Fear on the other hand always has to throw in its two cents! Fear is run by the ego so it will come up with a reason why something won’t work or about how you’re not “enough” to get what you want. In my client’s case she knew she was excited about her business and felt called to do a Live but when she thought about it, a thought popped in her head and said “no one will care what you have to say”. The initial ping is always your intuition and fear is always the follow up rebuttal throwing peanuts from the back row. It can feel tough and really uncomfortable to follow your intuition when you’ve been taught to suppress it. But just like with any muscle or habit, the more you work with and trust your intuition the stronger it gets! It may feel foreign at first but you can start flowing with your intuition today. Listen to the small pings and downloads that come up and start trusting them! Use it for simple things until you feel more at ease with it. And the best part of following your intuition is that it never steers you in wrong. Unfollow, unfriend, block. ✌🏼⠀ ⠀ These are all options at your disposal to set up energetic boundaries for the people in your social media network.⠀ ⠀ We have obviously had a lot of well needed change and dismantling happening lately but aside from that, it just seems like social media specifically has gotten very negative and toxic. 😳 ⠀ ⠀ I see friends comments and status updates that literally make me cringe. ⠀ ⠀ And it’s not always because I have different beliefs and values, it just the fact that people have decided that it is ok to be hateful and degrading to one another.⠀ ⠀ I have always been one to unfollow someone if I don’t like seeing their status updates because I didn’t want to hurt their feelings by unfriending them. ⠀ ⠀ But over the last 6-8 weeks I’ve moved past that…if your energy is coming from a hateful or negative space I’m unfriending you.⠀ ⠀ Before you get up in arms that I’m living in an echo chamber of my own beliefs, I still have TONS of friends, family and acquaintances on all sides of politics, religions, races and beliefs.❤️⠀ ⠀ I truly believe that yelling or degrading someone on a FB post is definitely not the way to get them to see your side. ⠀ ⠀ I for one, have never changed my mind about an issue because someone berated me into feeling that way.⠀ ⠀ What I am saying is that even if someone who feels the same way you do but decides to be a bully, close-minded or an asshole does not mean you have to keep them in your social media presence.⠀ ⠀ In a society where we have our phone within 3 feet of us at all time (myself included), I am choosing to surround myself with people who either uplift, inspire, motivate or show me a different point of view in a compassionate way.⠀ ⠀ If I am going to spend as much time as I do on social media, I don’t it full of arguments and comment bashing. ⠀ ⠀ Stop keeping those people in your aura because you feel guilty. ⠀ ⠀ It’s not a cute vibe and energetically I am not aligned with it! 😝⠀ ⠀ Do yourself a favor & set your energetic standards high and unfriend and unfollow those people who don’t align with who you are as a person. ⠀ ⠀ It will make a world of difference in your feed & your mindset!

Right now. Success, love, and money do not make you worthy. Those things can make life more fun but it doesn’t make you any more worthy than you are right now.⠀ ⠀ Worrying about what other people are thinking about you or saying behind your back is so boring...it’s not the vibe! 😝⠀ ⠀ For the love of God please use your energy and time to go after your dreams or to build relationships with the badass people in your life. Or whatever else makes you happy!⠀ ⠀ People are always messaging me wanting to do something but worrying about what others will think of them!.⠀ ⠀ Who the hell cares? They aren’t paying your bills, living in your shoes or chasing the same dreams! ⠀ ⠀ You wouldn’t have the desires and dreams you have right now if they weren’t meant for you to go after them. The universe wants you to be happy!! Fun Manifesting Ritual!!⠀🌙🧚🏽 ⠀ Levi and I have made it a tradition to do Solstice jars the last few holidays and the ritual has been amazing! It’s really grounding and makes you appreciate nature while also calling in new things into your life! This is a simple way to manifest and can also be done with a group of friends or with your kids!⠀ ⠀ • Gather stuff from nature that you like: flowers, herbs, wild berries, rocks, greenery etc. ⠀ ⠀ • Then arrange the items in a big mason jar. ⠀ ⠀ • Once you’re done adding in your goodies, fill it all the way to the top with water and then set a tea light candle on top. ⠀ ⠀ • Burn the candle while you write out your manifestation list. This can be physical things like an amazing dress or emotional, like more confidence!⠀ ⠀ • When you’re done blow out the candle and seal the jar! Fold your list up and put it under the jar for 3 days! After the 3 days you can return the items back to nature and use the water as an infusion in a bath or even a hair rinse to cleanse your crown chakra!⠀ ⠀ Keep your list in a safe place so you can pull it out in 3 months and see what has manifested. Levi and I manifested a ton off of our lists from the winter solstice jar we did last time!⠀ ⠀ And you still have time to do your own! The energy of the Summer Solstice is still high and there was also a super powerful eclipse that happened today!
