Let me back it up—if there’s anything I know about morning routines and morning meditations, it’s about grounding and setting yourself up for success, right? I was amazed to see THIS is what changed my life for the better⤵️ The other day I hopped on my story to give you a little background on my story. I created a highlight on my profile so you can run it back! I danced for years before hitting a pivotal point toward the end of college. Aside from the natural stressors, I lost my dad suddenly. I had never dealt with death so close and I did not know how to internalize or process. This lead me toward a deep depression where I lost all self confidence and self esteem. I knew something needed to change 🌻 I spent my last semester of college doing an internship in Arizona which put me on the path of the enlightened energy shift I needed! Hired a trainer (ciyre if you’re in the Tempe/Scottsdale area) where I learned how to EFFECTIVELY use weights in the gym to grow my body in the ways I wanted! 🏋🏼‍♀️ Though a lot of working on myself mentally, spiritually and physically, I reprogrammed my mind and look forward to each day ahead with a heart and mind full of gratitude. I can now walk into the gym with confidence knowing I can CRUSH a workout toward toning my muscles and growing my booty! 🍑 BTW Dad’s bday is coming up and it’s my tradition to get a raspberry mocha because I know that’s exactly what he would do! 🥰 If you’ve EVER wanted to hit the weights and grow ze booty or tone ya arms but don’t know where to start...LET’S CHAT! It’s the 3, 2, 1 method for me 😏 I’ll be the first to admit it: I procrastinate. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I tell myself, “Yeah I’ll get that done...in an hour. Or tomorrow”. I think we know what happens after that (or doesn’t). It wasn’t until I started using the 3, 2, 1 💢 method that I actually got sh*t done! Bear with me... ⏰ Alarm goes off in the morning and you have a decision to make, then and there: Hit the snooze or countdown 3, 2, 1 and get your booty out of bed! If the theory aligns, how you do anything is how you do everything and first decision of the day SETS THAT TONE! Next time you head to either snooze or shut off the alarm, remember what you’re in it for. Guys, we are wingin’ it! When I dive into intuitive stretching (pro tip: most effective time is after a shower, muscles are more limber) I don’t create a routine or plan. This encourages LISTENING to the body and FEELING where the tension is. Sink into the tension and hold for 10-15 seconds. When a busy lifestyle can equate to a lot of “go, go, go”, take time to slow down and hit a session of intuitive stretch 🧘🏼‍♀️ Comment 💆🏼‍♀️ if you’re making time for yourself today!

Expectation v. Reality 😂 Sometimes things don’t go according to plan. Sometimes the outcome is a little different than you expected. Sometimes resources fall short, but...it’s not about the resources. It’s how resourceful you are with what you have in front of you. Be ADAPTABLE to changing situations. Be RESOURCEFUL with the elements you have to push you forward. 🖤 Raise your hand if you’ve experienced this before 🙋🏼‍♀️

TUESDAY WOOP! During the day if I’ve been sitting for a period of time, I love whipping out a band for a quick body circuit! When I’m out of the house I keep a band with me too, just in case! Give this number a try for your next mid day stretch 😁 Repeat circuit 3-4x with 1 min rest in between 🔥 ✅ 20 Jump squat, band at ankles (keep feet apart at the jump!) ✅ 20 Band kickbacks (per leg) ✅ 20 Plank twists (per side) ✅ 15 Modified burpee with push-up PS Workout buddies (like blazeunleashed are always encouraged 😉) Bands: letsfit

Move and GROOVE! You know why we love a good stretch moment? It works the energy flow through your body! Think about that moment you wake up in the morning, your body became stagnant while you slept and when you stretch it’s like a neon glow stick 😂New energy lights you up once you get movement and stretching in! Try give in a couple big stretches next time you feel a lil 😴 during the day!

Gone through some transformational changes in the last couple weeks and it reminds me how unexpected yet designed our life path can be and how valuable it is to spend time aligning your mind body and soul! Explore your interests, explore your hobbies—Pick up new ones. Meditate! In whichever way most valuable to you. Connect. Get grounded. Last...ALWAYS remain grateful ☀️
