Locked up bbq

So tonight I decided that tacos needed to be had. So a trip to @costco for some USDA choice flank steak seasoned with @sofakingawesomeproducts smoked season salt, almost mexican rub and topped with hot and bothered rub soaked in lime juice and dusted with @mortonsalt kosher salt. Smoked at 180 for 45 minutes on my @rectecgrills RT 590 then cranked it up for a little reverse sear action. The flavors were amazing and the tacos were fantastic and filling! Got a lil 18# prime brisket trimmed and separated and sittin in a pecan wood smoke bath for an order for tomorrow. Cant wait! This motley crew right here put together 50 meals last night and fed #stanthonyshospital in gig harbor an amazing meal of pulled pork coleslaw and jalapeño Mac and cheese. Asked my wife what she wanted for dinner and she says Salmon patties with fresh tzatziki to top them off. So that’s what my beautiful wife got!
