I recently found Lottie's YouTube channel and after watching her healthy desserts video I was feeling inspired and thought i'd give these really simple banana and almond butter bites a go. All you need is a banana, some almond butter (I use Meridian) and some dark chocolate (I use Lindt 90% Dark). They're super-versatile and you could use any type of nut butter or chocolate to suit your taste. All you need to do is slice the banana up into chunks and spread a bit of almond butter on each piece.
