Sometimes life just happens and you can’t help to buy a coffee to go cup or the veggies covered in plastic. I try to buy second hand or sustainable fashion. I often don‘t have the time to sit down for it and use a coffee to go cup. Last but not least: I recently started to carry my reusable water bottle around with me so I don‘t have to buy plastic ones all the time.

But I realised very soon, that being vegan means more than simply rejecting animal products. So right now I am trying to not only own a vegan closet, but also a sustainable one. Because most sustainable labels still have the image of being „alternative“ and „hippie-like“ I was looking for cool, trendy and elegant clothes which are sustainable as well. Too many fast fashion items, too much waste, too often bad quality products – and no one thinks about the people, nature and animals who suffer for these clothes.
