Highlights
Bionade Organic Beverages

Bionade produce a wide selection of organic, non-alcoholic, fermented and carbonated refreshments made with barley malt (following a process very similar to that of making kombucha tea). They are super healthy, fruity, and refreshing – perfect enjoyed ice cold right out of the bottle or they can also be used to make cocktails. They more several exciting flavours, some of my personal favourites include elderberry, lychee, ginger orange, and lemon bergamot. If you find yourself in Barcelona and would like to try their drinks, they are available for purchase at Veritas supermarkets and at assorted restaurants and cafés.

Yummy Scrummy Raw Brownies

I just spent the last couple of days stuffing my face with these incredible, delectable  raw chocolate brownies by Elements for Life made in Wiltshire, UK…some pretty yummy stuff! These mourish treats are made using cacao, dates, walnuts, raisins, brazil nuts, apple, grape, carob and goji berries – only natural ingredients and no nasties! It’s topped with raw chocolate and goji berries (the topping is my favourite part! ). To find out more about the Yummy Scrummy brownies by Elements for Life or if you want to try them yourself (they are currently doing a 10% discount on first orders), check out their site.

Tropicai Organic Coconut Water

I use coconut in a lot of my baking and cooking ( oil, butter, water, sugar ), so am always on the lookout for good quality, ethically sourced, organic coconut based products. I’ve tried a variety of brands so far, and I can honestly say that Tropicai have some pretty awesome products. I recently tried their coconut water which comes in a variety of flavours – pure, with pineapple and passion fruit, and with hibiscus. I love that this coconut water comes from organic coconuts and that it’s bottled in glass rather than plastic bottles.

Organic Tea & Infusions

Ekotrebol have a great range of organic teas and infusions available in several mouthwatering flavours, all of which are super refreshing and bursting with flavour. Here are the ones I’ve tried so far: All of them are made using natural ingredients and are organic. Out of the varieties I’ve tried, my absolute favourites are the green & black teas. All blends by Ekotrebol are free from artificial colours, flavours and sweeteners (yay! ).
