I struggle to find words, but I am going to try... I cannot ignore the knot in the pit of my stomach each time my husband walks out the front door. I will not ever be ok with having to explain to my son why he must behave extra carefully in the presence of others simply because of his skin color. I should not have to tell my daughters to dumb down their personalities for fear of being seen as an angry black woman . That being said, I will not accuse my peers of not being supportive because they don't put up a post on social media. I refuse to judge an entire group of people for something done by a select few. I will not feed into feelings of rage and revenge. . IF WE DO THESE THINGS, THE ENEMY HAS WON! . If you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? Angles! 📐 On a serious note though, can we talk about working within YOUR budget?! It's easy to keep putting off a project because the things we want to include "don't fit in the budget". Why not think of a smaller budget as an opportunity to get more creative within that limit? . What are your thoughts? . I made over this bathroom for under $100, and that includes the cost of paint! The mirror was a $3 goodwill find that I sanded to get the look I wanted.
