Episode 23 of my 90 day recipe series: Peach Cobbler Skillet - Georgia is known as “The Peach State” growing more than 130 million pounds of peaches a year. Growing up there, peach cobbler was a summertime necessity and since we only have a few weeks left of summer, here is your sign to make a peach cobbler skillet before it’s over. My recipe uses a gluten free crumble instead of biscuit-like dough which makes it easier to make and adds some delicious crunchy texture. This is day 23 of my 90 day recipes series. I’ll see you tomorrow for day 24!

Episode 18 of my 90 day recipe series: Halloumi & Peach Couscous Salad - Halloumi cheese is known for its unique ability to withstand high heat without melting and absorb any spices and flavors you add to it in the form of its signature crispy exterior. In other words, it’s incredibly delicious and if you’ve never given it a try, this is your sign to do so. Welcome back to day 18 of my 90 day recipes. Today we’re making a halloumi and peach couscous salad which features caramelized peaches and toasty halloumi cheese all tossed in a shallot lemon vinaigrette which is so good you’ll want to put it on everything. The vinaigrette has a bunch of summery flavors like lemon, basil, and honey that work incredibly well with the sweetness from the peaches and the savory halloumi. I promise, this is one of those dishes that will be on repeat all summer long. If you want more fun nutritious recipe ideas, follow along with me and I’ll see you tomorrow.

Episode 16 of my 90 day recipe series: Shaved Brussel Sprout Salad - If you haven’t noticed by now, I love a good salad but I have a few requirements - it needs to be chopped up just like those trendy salad places, it needs to be tossed in dressing, and there needs to be some sort of crunch. Which is exactly what we have with this brussel sprout salad which is tossed in a creamy greek yogurt caesar dressing with crispy chickpeas and sourdough croutons on top. If you’re looking for more lightened up recipes, follow along with me and I will see you tomorrow.

Episode 13 of my 90 day recipe series: THE BEST Margarita 🍋‍🟩 - This is a very bold statement but this is the best margarita I’ve ever had. This gets bonus points too because it’s made with only 4 ingredients, the last one is what gives it a little something extra. Trust me, once you try it you’ll never go back to an ordinary margarita. This is number 13 of my 90 day recipe series follow along for the next 77. Ingredients -2 oz tequila -1 ½ oz lime juice -¼ oz agave -1 oz topo chico - I love the flavored ones!, you can also use sparkling water - Lime wedge for rimming the glass - optional - Coarse salt for rimming the glass - optional Add the tequila, lime juice, agave, and topo chico to a cocktail shaker with ice and vigorously shake for 1 minute. If rimming the glass, use the lime wedge and run it around the rim of a glass while holding it upside down. Gently dip the rim of the glass into a shallow plate with coarse salt. Add a large ice cube to the glass and pour the margarita over the ice. Top with a lime wedge and enjoy!

Episode 12 of my 90 day recipe series: Frozen Chocolate Greek Yogurt - This is a recipe I’ve had on my website for a few years and it goes viral almost every time I post it…and for good reasons. Due to the temperature outside, I thought I absolutely needed to reshare it. It’s rich & creamy with a refreshing dose of tangy chocolate in every bite. You can use an ice cream maker if you have one which will create this Lucious soft serve consistency. You can also make this no churn style by freezing it in an airtight container for a few hours. If you want to get creative, throw in some mix ins too!

While cacao e Pepe has been around for a while, I find that it never gets old and a splash of lemon juice and zest adds a welcome citrus flavor. I love to add grilled chicken or shrimp to mine for more protein.

Comment RECIPE and I’ll send the link straight to your inbox! Episode 10 of my 90 day recipe series: Salmon Pesto Pasta 💚 - This is such a healthy & nutrient-dense dinner that is filled with summer flavors. I do go the extra mile and use a homemade dairy free basil pesto because it is just so easy to make it fresh but store bought pesto will work just fine and make this dish even easier. We also use my simple honey garlic salmon recipe which is my go to, the sweetness from the honey provides a nice char to the salmon.
