As I shared last week.
• What the Tudor Revival home dining room looked like the day they bought the house. • My dining room Pinterest board which started the whole design process
We're having a contractor replace the window with a slightly shorter one, and re-tiling the shower and area around the window with a large white matte subway tile. Their home is clean, freshly painted, and well-maintained... but this bathroom still has the original PINK sink, tub, and toilet! ! The vanity has only two tiny drawers, and cabinets (I know from experience, so hard to keep neat and organized without drawers! ), plus a sink that takes up a lot of counter space. You can also follow a TON of other exciting room reno projects these next 6 weeks, check out the ORC blog for the featured designers and guests like me!
Lately I've been feeling super overwhelmed by all the projects we have planned (or need to plan) at this house. It's an old house, we knew it was a fixer-upper, and it has great potential... but we need to spend money and time improving it. However, there are plenty of really beneficial projects/improvements that don't cost any money at all (some not even that much time! ) Links to images for some of the free projects we talked about:Please follow along with each of us on Instagram:And join our Facebook group here --ask questions, share photos of problem spaces in your home, and connect with us and other listeners!
