I am a Food/Travel/Lifestyle Photographer and Writer. I focus on celebrating everyday gatherings and unique adventures both at home in the kitchen, as well as all around the world.
mom-ing it while trying to also get some work in at nap times, and we are currently trying to figure out if Babycakes has an allergy to dairy… so that’s fun! Korean beef bulgogi from Diethood sounds like something that needs to be on the menu this week, am I right? Oh I gotta get my hands on these loaded smoked chicken nachos from Love & Olive Oil! Basque cheesecake is an all-time fave for me and Half Baked Harvest has me wanted to try to make it at home!
My secret ingredient, Head Country Bar-B-Q Seasoning, adds a boost of flavor to the tender beef, peppers, and onions. There is one secret ingredient to the mixture → Head Country Bar-B-Q Championship Seasoning. First and foremost, make sure you have your favorite Head Country Bar-B-Q Championship Seasoning. On the sauté setting, cook the sliced peppers and onion with Head Country Bar-B-Q Championship Seasoning.
doesn’t get old 😉 we picked up some cauliflower gnocchi from Trader Joe’s recently and I can’t wait to use it in this lemon parmesan cauliflower gnocchi recipe from How Sweet Eats. Despite being busy all the time, maternity leave has given me a lot of time to reflect and move on from some things. even if you aren’t completely in the crap right now, I always find reading posts like this one help keep perspective. I couldn’t think of what to share right now for the kitchen and such because I’ve been in such a baby-focused world the past two months
It’s the combination of long days, lack of sleep, and feeling like my only purpose in life is to keep a tiny human alive. I wasn’t sure it was real labor until mid-afternoon when the pain started to really ramp up and they were coming a every 15 to 20 minutes for at least an hour. know why it all of a sudden felt like he was coming out in that instant (we had a long way to go still as we would soon find out!), but within a few minutes we were out the door and on the way to the hospital. With no visitors because of COVID, we spent those five days getting to know our little man in the most relaxed way possible.
