Yesterday we said goodbye to Nora's calf, Violet. We will definitely miss her! We sold her and the farm made some money to cover Nora's expenses for the year. The main reason in selling her... She was stealing all of our milk! Milking twice a day and the last couple only getting a half gallon! This morning Nora was so kind to give us 2.5 gallons! Great news since our bottle lambs are drinking over a couple gallons each day!
