It means so much to know where you came from and what makes you who you are ❤️ Anginetti Cookies: Ingredients: 4 C. Flour 1 C. Sugar 1/2 C. Milk 2 Eggs 1 T. Baking Powder 3/4 C. Vegetable Oil 1 T. Extract of choice (anise, almond, lemon) Glaze: 3 C. Powdered Sugar 4-5 T. Hot Water 1 T. Extract of choice Instructions: Preheat oven to 375. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Whisk flour, baking powder, sugar. Make a well in the center and add liquid ingredients: egg, extract, milk, oil. Use wooden spoon to mix until all ingredients are combined. Scoop and round out cookies 2 inches apart. Bake 8-10 minutes. Glaze: Combine all ingredients and whisk together. It should be a thick glaze. Dip cooled cookies into glaze layering as many times as desired and decorate as desired.
