Imagine an empty pot and when it's filled to the top you are at your happiest. ⠀ When full you are glowing, actually beaming, and everyone that sees you ask's, 'what is going on with you'! There are a lot of things that go into making that pot full and/or empty. ⠀ Half of that gets full from your ability to love yourself and the other half is what's reserved for others but when poured out it is immediately replaced by the rising self-love. ⠀ So what 'breaks' our self-love or in this example lowers it in the pot? That's the crap from society... the stuff that we are up against every day. Judgment being the nastiest. ⠀ The way to defend against the random stresses of life is to keep an eye on your 'self-love levels' and keep working on keeping the pot full. A dangerously low pot expresses itself in anxiety, depression, sickness, etc. and the pain is real. ⠀ ⠀ Protect your energy...protect your pot.
