It’s no secret that with cooler weather comes cold and flu season, and I like to do my best to prepare my body with mentioned nourishment all season long by making healthy and immune strengthening soups to warm up with.
It aids in your total-body wellness, which includes immunity, joint healthy, hair, skin and nails and even brain function.
I also am always sure to make recipes that are realistic for fitting into my busy lifestyle, and there is nothing better to me than throwing together a healthy and easy soup.
