A New Moon Ritual

The first thing I like to do – whenever I’m feeling like a fresh start is to clean. some of the things I like to think about when I’m writing are: what I’d like to let go of, what I’d like to bring into my life – whats working and not working for me right now. This might be writing out the smaller steps you need to take in order to achieve your bigger goals, or the things you need to focus on and feel in order to manifest something, or the habits you would like to implement in order to become the person you want to be. After all of this, you should be feeling really good, feeling like you’ve got your life together and have some direction in where you want to go next.

Natural Health Revolution: A Review

Some of my favourites – which you may have already seen if you follow me on Instagram ( holisticallyxliving ) include bergamot, lavendar, peppermint ( I love using peppermint oil for headaches so its always been a staple for me ! ), the calming blend, and the restorative blend. The Restorative blend ( Embolden ) contains copaiba, spruce leaf, atlas cedarwod, frankinscence, rosmary leaf, lavendar, geranium, and chamomile flower. I was also able to try out the GenM 2 minute Miracle gel, which contains ingredients like Moringa oleifera seed oil, Ginger root extract, Aloe vera leaf juice, coconuut oil, and green tea leaf extract. This stuff is a multi tasking little bottle of goodness and can be used for all of the following: * Exfoliates without the use of harsh chemicals Overall, my absolute favourite products were the Ameo essential oils – with such a diverse range to choose from and such amazing scents I would recommend these little babies 100 % !

11 Morning Habits for Success

If you’re in Australia ), I still think its important to wake up early so that you can actually have a morning routine, without feeling rushed and anxious before you even leave the house. If you work from home / dont have to leave the house at a certain time I still think its the best way to have aproductive day makes you feel like you have already accomplished a lot, and if you’re doing positive things for yourself ( Like my next.. habits ) also makes you feel great! 3. Journal, Plan, Be Grateful – whether you use a bullet journal for all three things in the one place or have a separet journal for each, taking the time to do each of these thingswill help you get your priorities in order for the day, week, month – year!

MOKOSH SKINCARE : A HOLISTIC REVIEW

I did wait a month before writing a review as I feel like this is a good amount of time to see the differences the products made on my skin. So when you’re trying out a new skincare regime just be mindful of these other things and ensure you’re taking care of your internal health before trying to ‘ fix ‘ skin issues from the outside with products. Lastly, before getting onto the skincare review itself, I did want to mention my own skin history / constitution, for anyone who was thinking about getting some of these products for themselves.
