If you know me, you know that I LOVE Las Vegas. I love it so much that few months ago ago I almost moved there when I found my dream house 😉🏡⁣ ⁣ In the past years I spent so much time there - mostly on business trips, sometimes for fun. I never gamle but I do enjoy every other amenities of the beautiful hotels. I tend to hang out by the pool and have a cocktail in between meetings, I get spa treatments and enjoy the best restaurants in town. I go to concerts and shows every time, and while I'm definitely not a party person, in Vegas you always find me in the club at night. I also take advantage of my belowed @flyjsx to fly semi-private. There are many day trips you can take to visit the most beautiful national parks. ⁣ ⁣ I really think Vegas is underrated and deemed as the city where everyone goes to gamble and be drunk 24/7. I really wish they saw the real potential. That being said, welcome to Las Vegas, where my feed will live for the next 6 posts 🤗⁣ While nothing is the same durnig Covid, @vegas did a wonderful job at keeping things safe and as normal as it can be. The hotels are going above and beyond to sanitize rooms and common areas and screen every person at the entrance. Quarantine has brought some growth to my account and I wanted to introduce myself to all the new faces. I would love if you shared something about you in the comments ☺️💜⁣ ⁣ Hiii!! 👋🏼 This is me, Orsi (pronounced Or-she) and my purpose is to encourage women (but really anyone) to take their first trips alone. ⁣ Having 17+ years of solo travel experience, I know for a fact that it will be a life changing and addicting experience. ⁣ ⁣ Let’s do some random facts:⁣ ⁣ I was born and raised in Hungary 🇭🇺 and been living in Los Angeles 🇺🇸 for almost 10 years. I do love LA but recently I realized that I’m open to another move when the right opportunity comes. ⁣ ⁣ I did gymnastics 🤸🏽‍♀️ for many years as a kid but had to stop due to multiple herniated disks, which still hurts sometimes. ⁣ ⁣ I have an FAA pilot’s license 👩🏽‍✈️ that’s actually what brought me to the US. And I have a ‘slight’ obsession with space travel 🚀⁣ ⁣ I’m a girly girl but at the same time I can be a tomboy too. I’m very handy and obnoxiously organized. (Chart life hellllooo 🙋🏽‍♀️📊) ⁣ I’m a weirdo and I wouldn’t change it for the world! 🦄⁣ ⁣ Some of my favorite places on earth are Oahu 🌺 and Western Australia 🦘 I just follow places where I get 🦋’s in my stomach. ⁣ ⁣ Mindfulness is very important to me. ⁣ I battled with eating disorders and body dysmorphia most of my life and I’m always open to have a conversation about it in private. I miss traveling... 💔⁣ ⁣ Just looking through my fave pics makes me happy but I’m itching to fly and experience the rush of blood when I get to a place I’ve never been before.⁣ ⁣ I ran out of road trip locations from LA and I keep trying to book flights but they either close the borders before I can go, or they put a mandatory 2-week quarantine in place. I feel like I just can’t win. And while I understand that we all have to be safe and that comes first, I feel like I did my part. I’ve been home, socially distanced and quarantining in the past 5 months, while a lot of other people were outside, meeting new people every day, partying, not wearing masks, and being completely irresponsible. While it sucks, I’m learning to accept that I just have to keep doing my part and stay home as long as necessary for the greater good.⁣ ⁣ Everyone talks about having to support our local small businesses (which is 100% true) but it’s also very important to support the travel industry. I fell so deeply in love with you 🥰🇦🇺⁣ ⁣ I've been to Queensland before and I loved it, so returning there was exactly what I expected it to be - beautiful and chill. It was my first time in New South Wales (specifically in Sydney) and the versatility of that city was surprising and refreshing. ⁣ ⁣ But my god, can we talk about Western Australia?! The big cities are fun and all but doing a road trip across Western Australia was one of the best things I've done in my life. Driving for days in the middle of nowhere just to get to places that you only see in magazines. Far away from the crowd (and phone service). They say there are no shortcuts to any place worth going and it couldn’t be more true. ⁣ ⁣ This was a gorgeous sunrise in Lucky Bay (Cape Le Grand National Park), a place that’s not easy to reach but the rewards are priceless. I got so lucky that year I was in Sydney at the time of Sculpture by the Sea exhibition. It was unintentional but it was the best surprise. I always planned to do the Bondi to Coogee coastal walk but these sculptures just made it so much better! 😍 This is the world’s largest annual free-to-the-public outdoor sculpture exhibition that is open for three weeks during the (Australian) spring.
