As a busy working mom of two, I have been making crockpot dishes to make dinnertime convenient for our family.    I adapted the "No Peek Shepherd's Pie" recipe from the Everyday Slow Cooker cookbook (in my Amazon store). It was a hit and so easy to make!    Ingredients:  1-2 lbs ground sausage (or beef or turkey) 🦃 1 bag of frozen peas and carrots 🥕 1 pre-packed mashed potato container 🥔 1 jar beef gravy   We served with biscuits with butter. 🥐🧈 Brown the sausage (or beef/turkey). Add to the slow cooker and mix in the frozen peas and carrots. Scoop the mashed potatoes on top, spread evenly, and add the beef gravy. Low for 4 hours.    Tips: Don't cook for more than 4 hours unless you want runnier mashed potatoes. Diced onion, garlic powder, and some Worcestershire sauce add more flavor!
