Launch Factory is a startup studio based in San Diego, CA and we internally develop business ideas, find Founders to start that business, place a $300k investment into the company, and then incubate it for two years. We select our founders through our Founders Recruitment Process and have recently started recruiting for our 2020 companies. The recruitment process provides a pathway for anyone, regardless of their background, to demonstrate their abilities and potentially become a startup Founder. We are looking for influencers apart of the business/entrepreneurial community to try and spread awareness of our Founders Recruitment Process.
