Hoi An’s cuisine combines this mix of traditional recipes with fresh ingredients; the fish and shrimp come to your plate from both the nearby East Vietnamese Sea and the Thu Bon river, the vegetables from local organic gardens, and the flour is freshly milled from the rice paddies encircling the town.

In recent years, St. Pete and Clearwater has staked its claim as Florida’s coolest city thanks to its blossoming creative scene, abundance of world-class microbreweries and colourful street art. Ask anyone here and they will insist that you sample the local grouper, a fish that is caught here all year round and occupies the menu of almost every one of the city’s seafood shacks, but you’ll also find delicious fresh oysters, succulent shrimp, and sublime sushi at Clearwater’s cosy, hole-in-the-wall beachfront bars. Although the chain is spread over 4 different locations, Frenchy’s Rockaway Grill on Clearwater Beach is their archetypal beachfront bar: a kitsch, rainbow-coloured venue where you can eat and drink while listening to laid-back rock and roll bands knocking out hits from the 70s and 80s. One of the oldest towns on Florida’s west coast, Dunedin is just a short taxi ride from Clearwater Beach and is home to an idyllic and walkable downtown packed with great independent restaurants and drinking spots.
From traditional Polish pierogis and hearty spiced stews to international street food markets and modern molecular gastronomy, Warsaw’s culinary scene is vibrant and exciting enough to stand alongside most other European capitals cities. Where to Eat in Warsaw While many people visiting Warsaw will be out hunting specifically for some wonderous pierogi, like any bustling European capital, Warsaw offers a spectacular range of eating experiences in the city’s burgeoning culinary scene. Warsaw’s Nocny Market (Night Market) brings together some of the city’s most popular bars, restaurants and street food vendors in one spot: a disused train station (Warszawa Główna) right in the centre of downtown Warsaw. For something a little more upmarket, the huge selection of apartments dotted throughout the city are possibly the best option, although excellent hotels can be found around the Old Town and Royal Route.
