Last day of June! Still trying to figure out where the time went because the last 6 months have been a blur. I shared earlier in the year that I started my first DIY project(specifically for my living room). What I thought would be a 2 to 3 week project is now in month 3. Not sure why I thought it was a good idea to take on such an enormous project on my own, hence reason why I’ve had to take some time off to focus on it. This project has stretched me in so many ways that I can’t explain, not to mention the physical impact and exhaustion. As I finally wrap up, I’m so thankful for all the lessons learned and the skills that I’ve gained along the way. It has also reignited my love for interior design and everything that comes with it. Can’t wait to finally share what has kept me away so stay tuned. Some highlights from June: Slide 2: Lego Discovery Center with the kiddos Slide 3: The big guy had a blast at Vacation Bible School Slide 4: Getting some more wood cut. (P.S: the lumber folks at my local @homedepot store now recognize me and I’m not mad it 😁) Slide 5: Had to turn my living room into a work station at some point.
